Background

Adrian had over 20 years in senior management and Director roles in UK, Corporate and European operations within the software and professional services sector. His industry sector experience includes: information technology, manufacturing, drinks, retail, distribution and logistics, field service management and advertising.

His career including spending 12 productive years at JBA International PLC (Now Infor), which became a Top 5 Global ERP vendor (£300m) where he was successful in taking over under-performing business units building profitable Corporate and European divisions. As Business Development Director, he set up and successfully developed an effective EMEA Partner Channel to not only grow revenue by 40% but also substantially improve service delivery quality.

In 2006 Adrian decided to use his business experience and passion for helping people to work with senior individuals and teams within companies to develop their leadership capabilities in a practical way. Key to his success is ensuring that all development is applied learning which is aligned to achieving strategic business and personal goals.
